What is QLav?

Many people have conditions that are aggravated by using dry toilet tissue. After all, toilet tissue (a dry, wood-based cellulose fiber product) can be quite irritating. Waste residues and cellulose fibers left behind can aggravate sensitive areas.

How does the QLav work?

1. Fill the QLav unit from the bottom fill cap. Use warm or cold water, depending on your preference.

2. Take unit to toilet location. You now have a convenient source of warm water jets to provide a superior level of personal hygiene.

3. To apply, turn unit upside down (neck facing downward). While seated on the toilet, place the unit between thighs so that the nozzle extends below the toilet seat. With the unit in position, move the body of the unit away from your body slightly, thus rotating the nozzle into position under the area of application. With both hands you can control the pressure by squeezing the QLav to apply either gentle or vigorous jets of water for cleansing.

After squeezing, turn the unit away from the area to avoid contamination, let it re-expand through the nozzle and you are ready for another application. The QLav will stay clean unless touched to a contaminated area and is easily cleaned with hot, soapy water.

4. The cycle for general personal hygiene is wipe, wash, wipe, wash... pat dry.

If desired, mild soap or a medical cleanser can be added to a pad of toilet paper to facilitate the cleansing process.
